Honestly i am mad as hell!

I placed an order on12/05/07. The order was confirmed on 12/06/07. I have called everyday and was told that all calls were returned in one business day. Today is 01/16/08 and I have yet to be called! This was my teenagers only gift he asked for.

I would like someone to please see that no one else ever orders from these people again and to also refund my money. I have since ordered swords from another company.
