Keysboat.com, never refunds the money owed to you

Joel "Captain Joe" Jennison is a con man. I rented a boat from him, and told me he would credit my credit card the $500 security deposit back to it. He never does. Countless calls, from me, the credit card company, the BBB, and Florida Dept of Consumer Affairs. He never returns one of them. He acts like your best friend, but its a con job. He just bought a million dollar place, sure with all the money he conned out of people. He has 10 complaints at the BBB, and 3 at the Florida dept of consumer affairs. He also has an arrest record. So if you want to lose $500, rent from him.
