One day in the month November I went there with friend for the first time. Recently my other friend just joined, and she got a friend week pass. So I decided to go with her to try out the gym, because she give me a welcome week trial.

First time we went there, they ask me if I have a Califorina Id, and I said yes, then the front desk ask my friend if he has a ID, and he said no. At the time he doesn't have it with him. So we ask her if we can just look around first without trying any equipment in the gym, just to get touch of the enviroment, while my friend exercising. But the lady replied "can you see on the bottom of this coupon! That he must have a ID, " well my friend replied "we understand, how about just student ID, because we not even going to use any of the equipment just looking around. They not even have to send a special sales person to guide us through the gym, because my friend (member) can take us around. Plus they should make us feel welcome instead of shut us down.

Week later I came back with my friend (member) and this time I really feel want to joined eventhough at the first met I did not get the chance to see around. So she gave me a three day pass trial, because she got two promotion pass (1 week trial, and 3 days pass) so we went there and try to check in, apprently the same lady that helped us the previous week is working at the time, but she was busy checking people in, so another front desk lady help us, at the time the lady that we want to spoke with, is off duty so she has to called another sales person and "she told me to write my name down and my number. So I did that, then she called a sales person.

One of the sales person there was the one tried to help us, and he told us that are you guys really interested to joining? Well I told him that we would like to see around first, then from there we can move to the next step, just the same point to get the touch of the enviroment. Then he just straight told as again "but are you guys going to join in?!" we replied back well we just want to see around first. Then he try to make a deal, "how about this if you turn in your pass today I can give you a better deal for your monthly.

So we ask him back, "how much it will cost as to join in" then he replied with this coupon I can give you for $29/per month. Without giving the break down of the setup fee and stuff like that. So I told him just from my perivous exprience "well last time at Bally's Total Fitness they can make a deal for $20/per month. Then he replied back by saying "well we not Ballys we're more private and is just the same thing like you comparing Mercedes Benz and Hyundai c'mon" thats what he told us, I was shock (from the replied) and I remembered from my other friend, a member of 24hr Fitness, and he only paid $25, and he replied well those company are not private they more like to public. I told him that all gyms suppose to be the same, you go there just to make a sweat. But he replied so, are you going to join in? I was like? I think about it. He is so not necessary to have make the stupid comparison, it seems like I can not make a good choice or something.

The reason I try to make a deal with La Fitness because Bally's and and 24hr fitness are to far from where I lived. But the way they introduced to their company is way unprofessional. Well because the bad experienced we got, well now we lost our interests of joining. Hopefully La Fitness realize how RUDE their customer services are. They just lost a valued customer, and is not our lost is their lost (La Fitness). So becareful out there, with those Customer services and those Sales people that try to dominate you.
