I ordered an exercise ball from GRC*CORE SECRETS (Guthy-Renker) and somehow was signed up for a subscription to AP9*SIMPLYYOU. I did not notice the additional charge on my credit card statement for 3 months! Each charge was $14.95 and after calling the company, AP9, they indicated that I signed up for their membership while ordering my exercise ball. I was not aware that I even joined this program. They told me I could not receive a full refund of all these charges because I had a 30-day trial period to cancel. I certainly do not remember even signing up for this. I just wanted the stupid exercise ball.

That leads me to another issue with Guthy_Renker. They continued to bill my CC account and send additional DVD's. I will be returning my additional DVD's and hopefully I will not have any trouble receiving a refund. I called their toll free number and the rep said it would not be a problem. I will not hold my breath because I already have experienced their business practices.
