SR 2000 is an authorized services representative of Lifespan Fitness. The are the kings at misdiagnosing, overcharging, over promising and under delivering in the area of fitness equipment repair. They contentiously neglect the most basic rules of customer service and tend to be hostile when attempting a resolution by phone.
Usually, they will not follow up on simple messages or promises made during routine repair requests go unresolved. While I am not condemning Lifespan (although they should look for more customer friendly service partners), I would look elsewhere for your fitness equipment repair needs.
