The company has a site that is all for show. It has things which attract you to make your purchases from them. When ppl talk about avoiding internet purchaases this is one of the reasons why. There is no way to contact customer service because it is frequently down for some reason. Maybe they dont want to give you any opportunity to cancel or dispute anything.?? It seems like they don't care much about reputation or customer reviews because there is no options when asking for feedback. The only thing you WILL get is automated responses about how your package will be on its way and things are great..!! Thank you for buying from us. Everything is super fake and this company needs to be avoided. Nothing is guaranteed because they have to ship out for the stuff you want, its not 'IN STOCK ' because there is no stock. & on to my experience. Ive dealt with this company on two different occasions. Yes, two. Once was maybe 2 years ago when i decided to buy a DVD. They shipped me a BROKEN VIDEO CASSETTE! The top part was broken off and it was a CASSETTE, which doesnt have any of the special features that a DVD has. Their reply for that was to send it back, I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING...

Here i am two years later thinking that it was just one bad experience. I found a skateboard deck i wanted which was not sold on too many other sites, this was one of the only sites which claimed to have the item instock. It had a picture and everything but come to find out, they had to ship off to the manufacturer for it. Buuut... The only option i HAD when shipping for my order was 2-3 day airmail because i live in hawaii. This was $40. But there was no way they were going to get my stuff here in 2-3 days. I ive emailed many, many times but no replies except automated ones. They dont care. Ive asked for a phone call to cancel my order three times already. Nothing. Ive tried to look up my order number, nothing. How is this site still in operation? There is no way to contact anyone from customer service like i said and the only option you have is email replies, which... Like i said, are always automated. No one seems to take any time for the ppl spending money. Its as if the whole company is run by just one person, maybe two. Ive read other reviews where ppl dont get their items or the items are the wrong color or the wrong type. Are you SERIOUS?! When buying skate products one of the main things ppl buy the things they do is because if colorways and design. How would you send, yes... The same item... But different color/design? One of the questions you can select from for hoping to get and email back is: " what if the color of what i ordered is wrong" this company is prepared for any situation that may occur after an order is placed. This is al ot of information but its only so those who read it will understand. They have no support for skateboarders and skateboarding so why do they claim to be number 1? Aviod this company. Do not buy from them because more than likely something will be wrong, late, off or you might not even get your items for months. The people in my town will hear about this and because of this site and reviews like this, word will spread. This site needs to be passed over. Dont even bother to read its excuses. Im tellin you, ive dealt with them twice... And its been years since the first time. No difference! A BROKEN VIDEO, when i paid for a DVD! But i have to pay for shipping. This is so ridiculous. Skateamerica is a horrible company to order from. And when i ordered it wasnt on holidays or any of that nonsense. There is no excuse for their bad service. Dont be fooled by thier cover-ups and flair. Its all for show... All show. Its BS is what it is. This time i spent over $200 on items. I get no help at all with anything.
