I ordered my shoes the 1st of February and I still haven't received them. The date is now 12 Mar. I have only received one reply to the several emails I have sent requesting the original information I transmitted. They have not followed up with me and the multiple emails I have sent.
Terrible customer service and poor assistance! They are advertising multiple sales on their website and have been extending the sale period each week. I hope others aren't getting duped into business with these guys.
You would figure they would at least offer decent service to a military man stationed overseas. They have no regard for customer satisfaction!
Try any other site for your shoe needs just not this one! Do not assist in their scam!
