Ripoff offer 30 day parts warranty, however they don't have parts in stock

I paid Scooter Town $3000 dollars for a go kart that I recived with a cracked cyilinder from water left in the engine by them when they shipped it. The water froze causing the damage. It took a month after payment to ship in the first place. They offer a 30 day parts warranty and claimed to have all parts in stock when I paid for it, however when I had a problem they all of a sudden do not have the parts in stock to repair. They promised several times to take care of it, but they seem to forget I exist as soon I hang up the phone with them. I have filed a claim with EBay and pourched a used engine to repair myself.
