I have purchased a 25ft.cc seafox boat from Typhoon Performance one year ago. The boat has some manufacture defects in it. I have been in contact with the manufacturer but they want to drag thier feet with my compliants. The boat is under a limited 10 year warranty, all defects are under warranty.
