Manta Communications ripoff, rush order not received in a timely manner

I ordered a fitness package from a television offer on July 2. I requested a rush order which was charged extra from my account.

Today is one week from Saturday, I have not received no package.

I ordered other products from other companies on Monday and received one yesterday and the other today. Those orders were also rush orders.

They only had one phone number which was on my account and order receipt, they either did not answer or they do not have a voice messaging service.
