Ripped us off, club broke, okay'd return and never refunded our credit card, out the club and the money! Ripoff Toledo and also in Pennsylvania

In December my kids ages 14 and 15 purchased the "Hammer" club for their Dad for Christmas through Golf Technologies - www.golf-technologies.com (800/370-0830). The club arrived with the wrong shaft and the wrong grip which we had paid for. We returned the club for them to correct which they did (we waited 2 months, but they were quick to bill us immediately!).

The club shipped to the house finally corrected, only for my husband to take it on his first golf outing and have the shaft break completely in half at the head! We called Golf Technologies, they told us to return it and they would credit our credit card.

We sent the club back April 8th (they signed they received it), and to date, they have not credited our credit card! I called last week and got the run around, the company has the worst customer service EVER! Do not buy from this company, they are fraudulent!

They instructed me to call their "corporate office" at 610/382-5100 which answers as "King Media". I have tried for a week to get a warm body on the phone, have left numerous messages for a call and status on our money that is owed us for the broken club. Today, I was able to reach someone from their "call center" who answered extremely rudely, "hey lady, I can't help you, we are the call center for Golf Technologies, call an attorney or call your credit card people and file something because I think Golf Technologies has closed their doors!" This phone number was 800/297-6550!

Do not order from this company and beware of the fraudulent companies that are new advertisers to affiliated with Golf Technologies! I do not know what to do or how to proceed, if there is anything we can do? We are out the money and a club... The kids are devastated as well. Beware of Golf Technolgies and anyone affiliated with them.
