Wrong product bait and switch no service

We ordered baseball jerseys in late 2004 for our school the salesman came out and show us samples which we purchased and was promised a date of delivery. When they were delivered (one week late) it was NOT the brand of the sample they showed us. They had there "own label" sew in and it was a cheap knockoff. We called the salesman and he told us "that's what you bought but he would check into it" after two weeks and 6 messages to his personal cell phone he never returned my calls. We contacted another company in las vegas and they did a great job and we recieved exactly what we ordered. My organization will never use sfc again maybe it was a mistake they order the wrong jersey but they did not even try to take care of our problem.
