I bought a engine from him. Is was not to specs block heads cut to much. Did not use marine head gaskets water in oil engine bought 9-28

I bought a marine 350 chevy long block from them 8-28 put boat back in water 9. Took boat out of water before the storm. Went to winteriez it found water in oil. Found engine block and heads machined not to specs and head gaskets not for marine use. He said on the site he uses felpro gaskets but he did not use marine felpro head gasket #17030 srainless steel gaskets. I called him i emailed he he never got back to me i am out.$1700.00
