Icon, NordicTrack, Proform Website Ripoff

IFit has constantly had their website down. When calling customer support they will not tell you it is their website/server problem. They only give a date when the "problem will be resolved". That date comes and there is still the same problem, all this time there is no notification on the website and they are still signing up new people. This is a total ripoff of anyone buying a Nordic Track or Proform workout equipment that uses iFit. This is the main reason people shell out the extra money for this equipment. I want the Google Maps workout and the purchased and free Julian Michaels workouts that this product is supposed to be able to use.
