Goods never arrived and refused to refund when I cancelled my order. No response to numerous emails

I requested products in July but terminated the purchase once the products hadn't been sent. I had been informed by Vanessa within the telephone the cash obtained from my card could be returned. It's not been returned. I've sent numerous occasions and not had an answer. I've called but there's never any solution. I've created but no response. Barclaycard cannot assist as no written contract to reimbursement.
