Scamming people

This group of people, told me that i was going to get a certificate and a job, when i finish the 8 and 16 hour training, i paid 330$ because they said that if i want to receive it i have to pay. I paid the amount and when i went to the office 3 weeks later the place was empty, and i didnt receive my certificate. I tried to call the number i got from them (1800-889-7643... 212-470-3858) but they didnt pick up.
