I was lied to 3 times about the delivery date. I was yelled at by the dispatcher and customer service reps. I talked to the same person who gave a different name each time. I had to ask them to not throw items onto the van. Some items had been opened up and removed from the boxes. I've got the greasy hand prints to prove it and so do the police. I have filed a report with the BBB and encourage you to do so too if you've had a similar experience.
