Flip Phone Service Cut Off, Told to Buy Another Phone

My cell phone was disabled because Pure TalkUSA wanted me to buy another phone from them. When I first opened an account, I paid for a flip phone, and it worked well until 11/26. I woke up to find my phone was not working. I called them for help, but the answer was to purchase another phone because Pure TalkUSA no longer supports it. I looked at the phones on their website, but I can't afford to pay for any of them. They said that I damaged the flip phone, which is not true, and they still charged my account the full price even though I cancelled the service!
