I purchased online arrest records concerning a relative from a sheriff's office via subject company. The website told me the total charge would be $1.00 and I have the printout. I just looked at my credit card statement online and saw they did bill me fot $1, but also for $19.95 on the same day.
The reports weren't even complete - past the last few years, charges weren't stated.
I reported it to my credit company as a billing disupte.
