Non-compliance by company to original complaint

On 9/28 I submitted a criticism against George Brazil Plumbing & Electric Services (Criticism ID #9239329). A note was eventually obtained from Daryl Bingham, Service Supervisor, declaring “just I would like to understand how a lot more discount you need, and that I may credit that for your credit card.” at that time I experienced this could be a answer, recommended Mr. Bingham of the required quantity, but up to now haven't noticed from him or even the organization. There is no-contact or quantity attributed to the charge card. Quite simply, there's been no conformity on the finish, and also the initial criticism nevertheless hasn't been solved.
