When sercret shopping companies refuse to pay

I am only too happy to "write something". Today I quit this organization. I knew as soon as intouch came into it a good thing would spoil. You see, I have cancer, and Nov 26 I was scheduled to get surgery with the hopes to correct the situation. Day surgery, but never the less surgery. It isn't happening.in fact the doctor can't rebook for at least 2 months. I made plans because these people usually paid like clockwork, so I was confident I could do what I had to. I am also on a limited income, and the monies I earn at the end of the month are that much more important.

The 60.00 would just about pay for the motel room so I could stay down there and do what I had to do (over night). I even got an email from Curtis stating I would get payed in full today, unless of coarse there are 2 Nov. 23rds and I am missing the second one. Well anyway, I went to check my bank balance and guess what—no money! I called that b*tch Nicole, and she didn't have any... Concern at all.in fact she hung up the phone, because she "didn't like my attitude-hey with something like this going on, who wouldn't have attitude?

No money-no surgery - and another 2 months for the cancer to grow - Merry Xmas to me. They of coarse stated they would get me the next pay period, but thats too late for me, as the surgery was suppose to be 11/26. The sad part about it they don't care. The next 2 months could mean the difference between just day surgery and outright kemo, but again - it's not their problem. Friendly advise to anyone reading this and thinking that intouch and service intelligence is a good place to work-don't. They don't care - will pay you when they feel like it, and when you ask them to do their job and pay you on schedule you will be the villian, You will not be appreciated.
