Order placed via, burberrycanadaoutlet.ca never received and are knockoffs!

I placed an order via www.burberrycanadaoutlet.ca only to realise they are not at all based out of canada but instead china. When i asked if all items where real, they assured me yes. I later read online that many reports have been filed against them claiming they sell knock-offs.

2 months later i still have not received any merchandise and have been going back and forth with emails. They claim the reason it is taking so long is because they need to verify the payment with the bank. They also asked me to wire them the money instead. I informed them that the funds had already been deducted from my credit card using the payment company on there website epay95.

I have clearly tried to cancel this transaction and get a refund, only to be advised i would be charged 15% and could take up to 40days.

Avoid this website, it is a scam.
