Ripoff diet patches no valid phone number or e-mail

I just found your web site and would be grateful if you can help me.

In September I ordered the diet patch from a pop up that would not go away until I did. I only had 20 lbs to drop and figured I give it a try. 30 days later I had gained 5 lbs!!! I followed the instructions and drank a gallon of water every day. I have a card saying I have a 120 day money back guarantee if I return the unused portion. I tryed to reach them by phone and get a recording and then a hang up. Try to e-mail them and get run around. I want to be able to file a global law suit against this company as they are ripping a lot of people off.
