I do not recommend doing business with Virtual Packaging.com. I hired them to produce a package mock-up for my product and not only was it not received within the time-frame originally discussed it was not done to the specifications we set.
I attempted to contact the owner of this company to handle it appropriately but after playing phone tag a few times I never heard back. Very shortly after I received a call that they had turned my bill over to collections. With all of the international business my company has done we have NEVER been turned over to collections because we always pay bills when they are due. This company decided to run from the fact that they didn't deliver as promised and turn it over to collections instead of doing the right thing.

If you sell a retail product or work with other inventors as I do, please share my experience with your contacts. I would hate for another company to be ripped off by this company!
