Live Scan Service Procedure Error Cost Time and Money

Don't go here for Live Scans. They did not follow procedure correctly per the Secretary of State, and I have an email to prove it. They cost me a lot of time and money and delayed me from beginning to make money as a notary in these challenging times. I don't want this to happen to someone else, so please don't go here for Live Scan services. The owner is a liar and a thief.
