City Grid Provides No Service, Just Collects Your Money

City Grid is a company that is supposed to help created customized searchable business presence on its website. Unfortunately, they just collect your money. I entered into an agreement with them in March. We were told that a videographer would be at our office to prepare a custom video that would go along with our web presence on their search engine at citygrid.com.

The video was taken and approved by our office. At that time the charges (300/month) started. Unfortunately our business never appeared on their website, and could not be searched. The video also never appeared anywhere. After a month or 2 of runaround, I was able to get my account rep, Kong Nu, on the phone. He apologized profusely and told us we would get premium web services and an optimization specialist would call our office. None of this ever occurred.

To date, and after spending more than $1500.00, we still remained unsearchable on their website.

The only way our business name ever showed up was by typing the name of the business and the zip code for the business. That's what every free search engine does. City Grid provided no enhanced anything.

They do however insist that you pay them for services they do not render.

Do not use this company. They have provided us with nothing, and I am sure will do the same for you.

They are absolutely dishonest.
