Harrell of many things runs an ONLINE training for bounty hunters called www.beabountyhunter.com It's not even online training but even if it was online training in this industry and others gets you absolutely nowhere. It's a scam to get your money. It's $129.00 for a dinky manual worth nothing. It's not worth the paper it's printed on.

There is no verifiable proof/evidence that Harrell was even a Bounty Hunter as he claims all over the internet. Everyone I spoke to in this industry never heard of him working as a Bounty Hunter and there is no documentation that I have extensively researched on the internet such as newspaper articles and other media, arrests testimonials or bail bondsmen who can corroborate his ridiculous allegations and fictional accounts.
