Rip off company - dont waste your time or money

This company doesn't care one bit about customers. They don't look for customers because they contract with warranty companies like whirlpool and maytag. They are non responsive. They dont show up when promised. They lie about their knowledge, they make promise knowing they don't mean it. They make you wait 1-6pm and nobody shows up. They don't answer their phones, they put you on hold and still don't know what is going on. They are clueless. Whatever you do - if you have a choice don't use this company. And if you do and/or did = write your horrible experience here so everybody can know.
