Ripoff, took over $4000.00 dollars from and resolved nothing

My story is close to the same as the others. But I would like to add that I feel these so called tax attys took my money knowing that I was not eligable for a offer and compromise as they submited nothing to the IRS until I had payed them in full (10 months) and then less than a week they had a letter to me saying there was nothing they could do for me and refused to refund any money or have anything to do with me. If anyone hears of any class actions against them let me know. My situation happened in 2001 and I am out over $4000.00.
