I got a copy of my credit report in September and was charged an addition $9.95 TWICE on the SAME day in October. I called my bank, and the credit reporting agency. I printed the agreement and IT IS in the fine print that I would be charged $9.95 a month for my ONE credit report. I canceled the account, but it took 25 min and I had to talk to some guy named Anthony that was slower than anyone I've ever met before. You need to call 1-877-513-4268 if you used the www.creditreporting.com website. I hope I helped.
