Constellation an Exelon Company Wrongfully switch my electric service from Pepco to Constellation without my knowlege

Constellation called my home and pretended to be my electric company (Pepco) and proceeded to switch my services without my knowledge or consent. I was notified of the switch by mail from Pepco that they were sorry to hear that I switch my service but they gave me the date that it would be effective. I immediate called Constellation 5-6 times to cancel this and each time I was told that the cancellation was done but I checked with Pepco every day and the service had not been switched back. If the service is not cancelled within 14 days you are charged $150.00 termination fee which is what they are probably waiting for. This is appauling to me that a company can do this and get away with it. This company is bad business. They give Constellation a very bad name. Beware, beware
