Rip-off! Disloyal, unethical practice of customer service, rude!

I recently recieved a gift purchased from this Company and I already had one, so in light of the fact that I didn't need it I wanted to return the gift. Though I don't shop at this store hints the reason why??? They wouldn't return the money and basically stated that the STORE POLICY was NO CASH!

So I told then I understood this there are policies everywhere you go these days But if they could make an Exception this time. We all know there are exceptions to every policy! I don't care who you are or what company! But, ron, jerry, and pat rudly agreed that if you spend your hard earned money @ there store it stays there no matter what! So beware this department store is a shame of a place to do business with!
