I visited dunkin at empire st, providence ri, one rowdy homeless person, known to the employees as Miss Jane, kept yelling for the entire time we were there making everyones experiene very unpleasant. The problem was that dunkin employees would not ask her to leave inspite of several warnings. She kept yelling the entire time of about 10 to 15 minutes.
