Requested 2 permanently comfortable gel pads. Requested & taken care of them mid-october. These were delivered fed x. Went directly into monitor shipping day & discovered these were broken & couldn't be shipped. We waited per week & didnt visit a fresh purchase being delivered through fed x. My spouse named the 800-number twice using the facts & requested to become educated when new pillows could be delivered, no reaction. Might never speak with anybody, usually got pressed to voice-mail. I've named 3 times since that time without any reaction from their store, usually voice-mail. If this is the way they are doing business once they have your cash this really is really unfortunate.
