I applied for payday loan and was told that by borrowing 300.00 i would make 4 payments of 105.00 to re-pay loan. I thought that was quite odd. So i asked for a supervisor to verify the accuracy of the information i was given another gentleman gets on the phone and verfies that the information is true and that's my re-payment. Then i was asked to remain on the phone they were e-mailing me the contract to sign. When the contract was sent via e-mail i question the re-payment amount. They said to disregard that that's what it says but like they told me that i would only make the 4 payments of 105.00. I said ok i just want to make sure. So on 2weeks ago i call to see on what day would my 4th and final payment, but then was told that i have'nt started paying toward the principal yet. That i was only paying the interest and after the 4th payment i would have another 11 payments to pay-off this loan. I was devastated. I advise the lady what i was told and i would'nt have never agreed to that. I asked for a manager instead i got the guy whom originally set-me up on this debt. Telling me he was supervsr. I asked him were'nt the calls recorded and that i did'nt agree to this. He said well you should have read your contract. He was very abusive. Made a comment about he knows that i'm a strong black woman" when i question him and he did'nt give me the answers i was looking for he hung up on me. I called back several times and asked for his manager because he lied to me and i wanted someone to help me with this because i had been scammed and would have never agreed to these terms. They would always route my call back to him and to this day after several attempts i cant get pass this micheal sanders person. I want to get the recoding where two people told me that was the amount i was responsible for paying. I dont think this is fair and i shouldnt be responsible for paying that amount back. Also i dont want anybody else to be rip-off like i have been
