I ordered flowers and stuffed animal for $74.37. My granddaughter got zilch. I got screwed

My granddaughter had surgery on Friday, October 19, so on Saturday, the 20th, I got on line and looked up florists in San Tan Valley/Queen Creek, AZ. I ordered a beautiful arrangement with a small stuffed animal for her for $74.37. Delivery guaranteed within 4 hours. It has been 3 days and still no delivery. Tried to cancel my order and can't cuz the only human I actually talked to knew NOTHING about solving this problem. Had to close out my debit card... Swell, no money now. Gotta go to the bank early in am to try for a new one. I could just scream!!! And hurt the s.O.B. S running this scam. Karma's a bitch, remember. Comes back ten-fold.
