Bad Customer Service

I tried to make an order online with Scottevest, in which I had an error on there internet submission page, so I placed the order by phone only to find out I had been charged for two of the same items. Calling there customer service I explained what happened in which they said they would resend the order and credit my account. After numerous phone calls over a three week period I finally got a response that they were crediting my account. Well after still charging me shipping, I am Still Waiting For My Refund. I will never do business with this company scottevest ever again, nor will i promote there product line.
