I have read these reports that have been made regarding Bernard Haldane. I have been to the Edmonton office of Bernard Haldane for two sessions with "Vice President" Arthur Heathcote of Scotland (no less). The man is an extremely slick, high pressure salesman who could talk a monkey off a peanut wagon. I came within a whisker of shelling out $8500 for his services. His promises were almost surreal and and charged with religious sentiment. The "opportunity of a lifetime" awaited me beyond the golden gates of Haldane for the paltry sum of $8500, to be paid immediatly. After only three hours of knowing this individual I almost gave him my Visa number.

I wanted more time to research Bernard Haldane, so I looked on the internet. The complaint is where I ended up. Shocking reports of shameless misrepresentation, lies, deceit, forgery, extortion and incompetance filled the screen. It was a haunting experience for me to realize that I too could have been victimized. Looking back on my conversations with VP Heathcote in light of what I have read here, I am certain the man is a dead aim swindler.
