Ripoff dishonest fraudulent charges

After calling and talkind with this guy he said he only needed my card number and the three numbers on the back of the card to hold my trip. He said that he took his trip for his honeymoon and since i was getting married next year it would be perfect. I had told him that i was a poor college student and he said ok we will put $87 down and make $87 payments a month, i asked about the rental car since i was not 21 years old, and he stated it was florida's state law. Then asked how much i thought i would spend on a trip anywhere else.

I asked again about the rental car and he went on to say that the hotel was right on the beach. And in the backround there was like in applaud, he said it was my confirmation of the trip, i was like i havent even decided, i was then tranferred to yolanda who talked really fast and came to a part where the vegas trip would need a person over 21 to go and i tried asking her some questions, she transferred me while i was still asking her about the age thing, to a "supervisor" who said that he lived in vegas for 13 years and they never carded they were just required to say that, i asked why say it if it doesnt matter? He told me that he would extend the trip for three years and that i would just have to take the cruise in the initial 18 months, i asked him about the rental car and he said just to bring someone over 21 with.

I told him it was for my honeymoon, and he said im sure you could find someone to come along, i laughed and told him that i plan on having a honeymoon for two, not anymore. I told him that i didnt want the trip and he told me that the first ticket was paid for and hung up.

I called my bank and the $698 was already taken out, I called back and told them my same number and they went through the script again, i said i wanted to talk to the supervisor, who told me that i was rude, and very unpleasant, he asked why would i through something like this away, i told him i hadnt wanted it in the first place, he was like, then why did you give us your credit card number, i then asked for a refund, he said that he had been doing this for 20 years, and i said i thought this was celebrating their new program, and again i was told im rude, i asked for a refund again, he went on about 10 bonus trips, i told him no, he said i was stupid for throwing this away, youll get your refund and hung up.

I did get my refund, along with $500 of fraudulent charges based out of miami fl, for cable and dvd's and such. Im still fighting to get my money back.
