Perfect Closings Inc., Joseph R. Ciminna, Junior non-payment for services performed. Owner promised to pay but has not. Rip-off!

This co. Is a signing company which contracts out service to notaries to perform loan document signings. Work performed in July. I have contacted the company, left messages, faxed statements, spoke to owner who promised to send out payment w/i 24 hrs. On 9/20.04. I did not receive payment, faxed a letter to owner, no response, no payment. I have found several message boards with the same kind of complaints on this company. Signing agents should be aware of this company.
