HH Gregg are crooks!

They are dishonest, I purchesed a 65' 3d panasonic plasma from the Charleston, SC store. The only reason I bought the tv from them was because the manager beat amazon's price and gave me two pairs of 3d glasses. The tv was delivered the next morning at 8:30 A.M. The screen was cracked so the deliverymen said the manager named Scott would give me a call. Well he did not call by four so my wife who just happens to be a paralegal called and Scott assured her that a new unit would be arriving at our house the next day. The next morning they should up at 8:30 A.M. Again and brought the tv in it worked so I said ok, being half a sleep I did not notice there was no box or instruction manual included. I then notice an ESPN HD burned in image at the bottom of the TV screen. They sold me a new TV and delivered me a floor model. I paid almost 2K ($1915.00) to those crooks for a used product. Well Scott gave me and my wife the run around everytime we would call and was extremely rude to her, finally saying that we are stuck with this TV. What they did is called bait and switch! Do not buy anything from these shady people! Buyer beware!
