I recieved this letter stating that I WIN us $468,000, 000 i HAD TO SEND $ 19.00 Say It's one of the largest lotteries It sounds like a rip-off. Has anyone recieved anything like this, I read some on this net, so this may be part of their scam. Thank You, Now anytime I can always check with Rip-Off before I send any money out. If I won a money prize I wouldn't have to pay any fee's.
