Well I to can now add my name to the victim list its Sat. The 9th no furniture no call no nothing. Supposed to have arrived today it wasnt until I got through on there devious phone system I was told it wasnt coming. Goods left CA. To Va. Over two weeks ago was told it was in Virgina since Monday but today is Saturday still nothing supposedly it all rests on a mysterious dispatcher in Va. Who happens to be on vacation until this evening... Please. We were also hit with the weight overage charge by almost 1000lbs and a long carry charge when basically all the jerk offs did was toss our stuff over a balcony. They are supposed to reschedule tommorow we shall see..
