I have tri fi hot spot and they want to charge me full fee to replace a device that NEVER WORKED.

I have been spending 4-500 with them monthly for over 3 years and they want to charge me 35 dollars to replce a device the never worked. I am now about to cancel my services with them and move to another supplier.

Who has any suggestions.
