It is a hoax. You cannot cancel. They will not answer the phone. I have emailed them at least 10 times AND THEY HAVE REPLIED and stated that I cannot cancel the account unless I call. I called the Attorney Generals office and they stated that my proof of emails is sufficient in case of court action. They are a ripoff
