On the 6th September they took from my account 79 for a book and a disk it did not work

On the 6th September 79 was taken from my account for a book and disk, the disk would not work, I spoke with Mat (no surname) he told me to send it back for a full refund as there is a 30 day money back refund guarantee.
I returned the book and disk on the 10th September for a full refund.
I have the receipt from the post office.
They keep sending me emails for information, even though I have sent them everything.
Other emails:- please clarify your message and submit your full name and address if you have already purchased from us.
They are not even reading my emails now.
