Debows kittens sold me bad cat 5/2/07

Debbie sold me a persian for $400. Just for a pet. The kitten has had problems since 2 weeks after I received him. Yes persians have some issues with breathing, but this one is really bad, so much that he can not get enough oxygen even when his nose is cleaned. He can not jump up on a chair. He has nerological problems, walks in circles at times and is incotinent.

I have talked to Debbie several times and she would not give me another kitten or my money back. The persian who is a year and a half now, still barely weighs 4lbs. Everytime I call her (Debbie) she says I am a B*, and I won't get anything from her. I am going to have to put the cat to sleep, I can no longer watch him suffer. I sent her papers from the vet, who really couldn't specifically determine the cause of his problems so she said nothing was wrong with him.
