Moe Najmeddine Aggressive unprofessional lawless ignorant harassing stalke

Shops, Products, Services

This company contacted me out of the blue in early 2011 about advertising in their magazine that "supports Child Find" and other organizations that help find missing kids. I thought this was great and asked the girl to send me some information about pricing, etc to which she told me that she could call me back at another time so I could write it down as they "don't use email". I ended up agreeing to advertise and they sent me a proof that I changed and faxed it back with my business card to ensure they had the logo right and to make sure they put me on a page that was the most relevance. I also thought that maybe they would be able to use my company in case they needed any of the other training I did. They never sent me a second proof, they just printed the ad and sent me the magazine and the invoice. When I called to discuss that I was unhappy with the changes they had made and not gotten approved the receptionist forwarded me to the manager "Moe Najmeddine". He told me that I would have to pay and that it didn't matter how much I complained he doesn't listen to anybody but himself, not the Better Business Bureau, not the RCMP or the other police.

I spoke with the BBB and Consumer Protection Bureau and was advised that as an act of good faith since the ad was printed I should determine an amount I thought was fair and send that to him and the other amount that I had initially thought would benefit charity, as by this time I had figured out they are for profit and not associated with Child Find or any other charity, and I should send the rest of the money directly to charity.

I did this. The letter that was attached to the cheque I sent in the amount of half the invoice told them that if they cashed the cheque they were admitting that they had made a mistake and I would no longer be liable for any further amounts owing, otherwise they had the option to take me to court. They cashed the cheque and about 2 months later sent me a very nasty, unprofessional and abusively worded letter stating that I still owed them the rest of the money, etc, etc.

After a few emails to Moe, I decided I wasn't going to deal with them anymore as I had already given them what I thought was fair seeing as they screwed up the ad. From that point on I have received phone calls that are sometimes 3 times a day, sometimes go a week or two in between or a month in between. Luckily for me, there is a nice little function called "selective call block" so i activate that for any number they call from. I also do not answer blocked calls, I send them to voicemail and they can have at 'er.

I will not be paying this company anymore money. They are completely dishonest and eventually the law will catch up with this fraudster and send him back where he came from.
