Mr Jim W Jones has been stalling paying the bill for over 90 days. I took him to small claims court and he lost. The judge laughed at his first attempt to say he didn't owe the money because the boat was registered to a delaware corporation. An agency that helps rich people hide big assets like big yachts and not pay taxes orhide from debts. The judge then listened to Mr Jones do a presentaion equal to as if he were a lawyer.in the end the judge didnt believe any of Mr Jones story, ruled in our favor. Mr Jones compleined about several marine workers he had hired in the past whom I knew were ok workers and that should have been the first clue that this man will do anything, say anything and huirt anyone to save a dime. He even keeps a lion in a cage all day on the boat. Mr Jones told me he had built two boats before, hes an expert at inspecting my work and my work was sound and good. But he bullied me so badly after the job when he stalled payment, I have never been so brow beaten for so long just for standing up for myself. This man said he takes pain meds and cant work anymore and the meds seem to make him ultra paraniod. The entire experience with Mr Jones has been the most shocking and surprising of my career. The only reason I take the time to repirt him and not move on is because he wont move on. I did job right and charged fairly and after 3o years my name is clean until now when you search my name this RIP off mr Jim W Jones not only lost his court case but he wants to destroy my reputation.
