Rip-off! Payaway plan is a joke!

Dont even know where to start. We have had this card for around 5 years. Claimed bankruptcy over 3 years ago decided to keep this card recvd a letter this year stating we were canceled due to bankruptcy. 1st off all its been 3 years ago 2ndly this card is designed for people with bad credit or just starting out so that made no scene. So we still made payment but noticed that we were still being charged fees for this card we called aspire but kept on getting the run around. Like idiots we stopped paying it due to the fact why pay a payment when its not going toward anything cause the xtra charges that they are occuring on our acct.

After talking to a csr we got involved in the payaway program they told us it would be a one time fee of $93.00 and $31.00 monthly and all occuring charges will stop. Well we did this the next statement charges were on there called csr they said will be off next month. They werent started calling csr were very rude actually got hung up on a few times and said well u should of paid ur bills. Tried to call supervisor only to leave messages on voicemail.

Contact bbb of georgia finally a response they advised that the payaway program is $93.00 for 3 months and a min payment of $80 due nothing like the csr said expalianed to listen to the recorded conversations they advised nothing is recorded. Well we have now been paying the $80 a month for over 6 months the charges are now back on there again. Of course can not reach anyone and advised all disputes must be in writting. Sent email to aspire they responded back 2 days later that they will forward to the correct department. Nothing has been heard of again. I have now again contacted bbb again. This credit card is a scam. Do not get one.
